| Don Berreth founded the National Public Health Information Coalition (NPHIC) in his 14th year as director of the Office of Public Affairs for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He died May 5, 1993 in Atlanta, Georgia, after a brief illness. On August 18, 2993, the NPHIC Executive Board Created The Donald A. Berreth Lecture as a lasting memorial. | |
